At MOZA Racing, we stand by the quality of our sim racing hardware and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your racing setup, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Gear

    Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, mounts, and manuals, to ensure it is protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Attach the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated service center.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
