Are MOZA Racing wheel bases compatible with consoles like PS5 or Xbox?

Most MOZA Racing products are natively designed for PC. However, specific models like the R3 bundle are Xbox compatible. For other bases, third-party converters may be required, though we recommend PC for the best experience.

What is your return policy for hardware defects?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Additionally, all MOZA products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures.

Do I need to install specific software to use my racing peripherals?

Yes, you should download the MOZA Pit House software. This allows you to calibrate your base, adjust Force Feedback settings, and update firmware to ensure maximum performance and compatibility.
